Gloria Hartley
Currently sits on the CHC Board. In addition to her work with CHC, Ms. Hartley is an Assistant Professor and Freelance Merchandise Consultant at The Fashion Institute of Technology. Mrs. Hartley is one of the founders of the Black Retail Action Group and a former buyer for Bloomingdale's.
