Zelda Owens

Ms. Owens has spent the past 15 years as an expert in document and content management operations. Recently she was the National Director of Operations for a global provider of onsite/offshore information management and e-discovery services to the world’s leading investment banks, law firms, consulting firms and other companies. In that role, she oversaw operational responsibilities which included the redesigning of recruiting procedures and skills assessments, the production of customized workflow solutions, the development of global job tracking technology, the building of strategic vendor relationships, and the implementation of both key account management and client loyalty programs. Prior to that, Ms. Owens was CEO of The Owens Waters Group, Wall Street’s only full-service management consultancy for presentation graphics and word processing departments servicing Fortune 500 companies and non-profits.

As Managing Director of Client Relations for HIRECounsel, Ms. Owens continues to share her industry knowledge with the clients of HIRECounsel.
