Entrepreneurial Support
After years of witnessing underserved entrepreneurs and residents of our local communities being severely impacted by economic hardship, HCC launched Harlem Entrepreneurial Fund in 2007 to combat these inequalities. We also operate the NYC Business Solutions Centers of Upper Manhattan and Washington Heights on behalf of the NYC Department of Small Business Services.
