Food Retail 1: Operating your Business like a pro
The objective of this course is to make it easier for you to successfully operate and grow your store by outlining solutions to overcome the challenges with running a food retail store.
During this class you will learn to:
Identify common challenges that store owners and their staff face operating a food retail store.
Identify best practices and supporting resources for operating various areas of a food retail store successfully.
Develop a series of checklists and systems that can be used to operate your food retail store like a pro.
